Techsupport
RASCOM is offering technical support that can satisfy the most demanding customers’ requests.
RASCOM is in possession of the most up-to-date, sometimes even unique, control and measurement equipment. This allows the customer to get, along with standard technical maintenance, additional services such as special measurements of technical specifications of the SDH transmission systems and optic fibers. The automated optic-fiber performance measurement system “Orion” permits to check both the condition of the fiber-optic cable at any section of RASCOM backbone network and that of the customer’s optic fiber (under condition that there is a special arrangement).
In the event there arise problems connected with technical support for RASCOM’s services, you can always get the assistance of our technical specialists. The teams on duty include SDH transmission systems and IP technology specialists.
