Where and how much time before, the notification is made about scheduled works to be performed on CJSC "RASCOM" network?

If works are  planned on CJSC "RASCOM" network that could, for a short time period, affect a service,  a notice about performing these is sent to the customers via e-mail as shown in the agreement, at least 3 days before the works begin.
